President

In 1998, after serving in the Marine Corps, Chris founded Crosstown Courier Service. He saw the need for a local company that provided better delivery options by offering excellent drivers a place to be valued. Since then, Crosstown has grown into a nationwide company that still has that "local" focus regarding both service and seeing our team-members as our greatest assets.

Jared M. Duff

Jared started working at Crosstown in 2009. He has been a great asset to the management team and continues to deliver excellent customer service to all crosstown's customers and vendors.

Mark William Speight

Vice President

Mark, after earning a Bachelors in Biochemistry at UMASS was invited to help manage an exponentially growing Crosstown Courier Service in 2005. Since that time he has helped Crosstown become one of the leaders in new technology and customer service.

Lead Dispatch


Joe is our head dispatcher and day to day operations manager. He is also a retired Marine with an extensive background in management and customer service.
